Hi! I’m Courtney.

I am a dedicated Pilates instructor with several years of experience in the fitness industry. I discovered my passion for Pilates after my own journey with postpartum back and neck pain, and was amazed at the transformative effects it had on my body. I decided to switch careers and become a Pilates instructor to help others experience the same benefits.

I completed my Pilates certification through Balanced Body, a reputable program in the industry, and have since continued staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and modifications.

I strive to provide a warm, supportive and knowledgeable teaching style, with a safe and inviting environment for everyone. I take pride in helping my clients achieve their fitness goals, whether they are recovering from injury, preparing for a big event, or simply looking to improve their overall health and well-being.

In my free time, I enjoy raising my three kids, and date nights with my husband. I am a firm believer in the concept of movement as medicine, and the positive impact that movement can have on a person’s physical and mental health
